WMS solution during the construction project – we do it parallel!

Challenges: The warehouse management system (WMS) must be implemented and installed parallel to the completion of the construction project. The project also takes place in a very multicultural and multilingual environment.

Realization of the project: We coordinated the installation activities with the available and at the same time required infrastructure and implemented the logistics software solution. All of this in parallel with the construction project. In order for the users to become familiar with the system the WMS was initially reduced to the main processes required and continuously expanded.

Our solution: At the end of the project a modern WMS solution was implemented for the unique freight forwarding industry in Central America.
