From manual organization to modern WMS – we modernize!

Challenges: A modern warehouse management system (WMS) must be developed and implemented for a warehouse that was previously organized manually. The warehouse must also be further developed so that the newly developed WMS can be used efficiently. The project environment is also very multicultural and multilingual.

Realization of the project: In the first step a simple WMS with basic processes was created. As a result the warehouse team were able to work with the new tools without any problems from the start. In subsequent phases the WMS and its processes became more and more complex until the final complex and comprehensive WMS was integrated.

Our solution: At the end of the project the first modern WMS solution was finally implemented for this company.
