Reliable partner for existing and new customers

Especially in this year marked by Covid19 it became clear how important a good cooperation is. Our customers, including international food retailer, had to react quickly to the changed circumstances, e.g. the sudden unexpected demand for certain goods. This also applied to their logistics software solution. We adapted the solutions particularly quickly to the new situation which helped our customers enormously in successfully coping with the situation.

We also managed to win new customers. Here we convinced with our experience and our flexibility. So that a new customer can use his existing warehouse with the existing hardware we implemented the appropriate modern software solution. This was done in partial steps which is why the customer was able to use his warehouse after a very short time. With the next steps the solution will be even more extensive next year.

worldwide operations

In addition to customers in Europe our employees also went for a example to a customer’s warehouse in Central America. We too implemented the customized logistics software solution beforehand. Since the project, including commissioning, took place in the time of Corona measures coordinating the project was a particular challenge. So we had to react quickly to the latest situation and find new ways in project implementation. Thanks to the good cooperation of all those involved this finally succeeded.

New online presence

Another important step was the implementation of the new online presence. A PR and marketing concept was started at the beginning of the year. As a result of this process the new homepage was finally created in the fourth quarter.

Team events

We attach great importance to team spirit. We promoted this again this year with events – if the Corona situation allowed. Our ski days took place in January and we also offered our employees an e-bike tour.

When Corona was finally ubiquitous in Austria we did our work entirely from home. The team only gradually returned to the office in Leibnitz.
